Pin the Bowtie on Mr Bones
If you have decided to hold a Halloween party for your children this year, you’ll want to plan some special spooky games. To help you out, we’ve created a fun Halloween party game you can download and print out.
You will need:
- Thick paper
- Pins or blu-tack
- Multi-coloured stickers
To ensure little (or big) ghouls and ghosts are entertained at your scary shin-dig, we’ve created a spooky variation of “Pin the Tail on the Donkey”. Before you start playing, download Mr Bones and his bowtie at the bottom of this post and print him out onto thick paper. Cut out the bowtie using the scissors.
Stick Mr Bones to a wall or door. Make sure you place him over something you don’t mind getting stuck with pins! Alternatively, use a blob of blu-tack to hold the bow-tie in place when you play.
How to play
Each child is blindfolded and has a go at pinning the bowtie in the right place on Mr Bones. Mark the place that each player pins the bowtie with a sticker. After everyone has had a turn, the player who is closest to the correct position wins a prize.
