The Jammy Dodger:

Serve in a… Shot Glass


  • ¾ Shot of Chambord Liqueur
  • ¼ Shot unsweetened/single whipping cream

How to make
Pour liqueur into glass and then float cream on top (top tip: pour the cream onto the liquer using the back of a spoon, this stops it mixing in and gives an effective layered look).

Elderbubble Cocktail:

Serve in a… Champagne Flute or Tumbler


  • Cucumber slices soaked in vodka
  • 1 shot vodka
  • A splash of elderflower cordial
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Mint, to garnish

How to make
Pour the vodka into a glass, add a splash of elderflower cordial and the cucumber and top with prosecco and mint to garnish.

Sex on the Beach

Serve in a.. High Ball Glass


  • 200ml cranberry juice
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 75ml vodka
  • 75ml peach schnapps

How to make
Mix all ingredients together and add ice – it’s as easy as that!

Serve in a… High Ball Glass


  • 25ml peach schnapps
  • 25ml vodka
  • 50ml cranberry juice

How to make
Simple, mix them together! and serve with ice.

Fluffy Duck

Serve in a.. Margarita glass

25ml advocaat
25ml white rum
25ml cream

How to make
Mix up the rum, cream and advocat with a sprinkling of vigour and the pop it in a glass and top up with lemonade. For an extra twist you can replace the cream with ice cream. Trust us on this one.
